Located at the corner of Lake Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in the heart of Pasadena’s central business district, this exciting new development proposal is being pursued by a business partnership management by Singpoli Construction. With entitlements and concept design approved, the development team is redesigning the 1929 hotel to be part of a mixed use office and retail center. Below is a video that presents the proposal.
