On November 17, at about 4:00 p.m. two Pasadena Police Helicopters were involved in an incident where their rotator blades were believed to have  touched during a maneuver at the police heliport.  The air crews from both helicopters sustained minor injuries. Five police officers and 1 civilian observer were all transported to local area hospitals by the Pasadena Fire Department. 

Both OH-58 aircraft sustained extensive damage.  The National Transportation Safety Board will conduct the investigation.
