PUBLIC INVITED TO JOINT POLICE-FIRE MEMORIAL SERVICE MAY 15, 2013
WHO: The public is invited & encouraged to join Pasadena Police Chief Phillip L. Sanchez; Pasadena Fire Chief Calvin E. Wells; City Leaders, Police and Fire Department personnel, family and friends.
WHAT: Second Annual Joint Pasadena Police & Fire Memorial Service honoring the brave personnel from both departments who have died in the line of duty while protecting and serving the City of Pasadena. The program will include the Presentation of Colors; National Anthem; a 21-Gun Salute; Ringing of the Fire Bell, and Taps.
WHEN: 6:00 p.m.—7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 15
WHERE: Front Steps of Pasadena City Hall
100 N. Garfield Ave.
WHY: To date, six Pasadena Police Officers and nine Pasadena Firefighters have lost their lives serving the Pasadena community.
This second annual Memorial Service will honor their memory. It is free of charge.
