Nearly
two dozen people serve on Pasadena’s 2009 General Plan Update Advisory Committee
(GPUAC), which is guiding the community involvement effort and making sure
diverse views are woven into the vital document.
Eleven primary members and 11 alternates have been appointed by the mayor and
city council, to represent each council district as well as the Pasadena Unified
School District and Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. Many of the appointees also
sit on other city advisory commissions.
The committee meets the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m.
at Pasadena City Hall and all meetings are open to the public.
