Have you ever seen a car parked illegally in a space reserved for a person with a disability? If so, you can report the problem to Parking Enforcement (not the police!) at 744-6440 and they’ll respond within 20 minutes.
But please double-check before you dial. You should see license plates imprinted with a blue accessibility symbol, or a disability placard in the front windshield. Most placards are blue, but some are red and some are white.
Drivers who park in an accessible space without a placard or license plate can be fined $420.
