The 36-hole, 72 par Brookside Golf Course is a public course designed by architect William P. Bell, and offers two courses, the longer C.W. Koiner Course and the shorter E.O. Nay Course, divided by the Arroyo Seco stream.

Located on the western side of Pasadena near CA-134 & I-210 freeways, many roads lead to the Arroyo Seco Natural Park. Three main entrances provide automobile access to the park and numerous trails along the eastern and western edges of the park provide additional access from neighborhoods and surrounding communities.
