To apply, an application form must be completed and submitted to the Parking Division office at the address listed below.
Applications may be submitted by mail or in person. Applications for parking permits will not be accepted through the mail, by phone, via fax machine or the Internet.
The City of Pasadena now offers an online appointment system for Parking Permits. You no longer have to wait in line for your parking permit needs! Just make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance and you can walk right up to our window without waiting in line. Click on the link below to get started:

Please note: Holiday Overnight Parking Citation Moratorium – 2 am to 6 am, from December 23 thru January 3. Vehicles legally parked on the street during the aforementioned hours and dates will not receive a citation for overnight parking. Overnight parking citations will resume being issued the morning of January 4, at 2 am.
