PROJECT NUMBER E11-25, MODULE 12.13, RESIDENTIAL ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT PROGRAM
Description: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of new doors, new windows, air conditioning, insulation and correction of some code deficiencies for: Thirty-Six (36) Single Family Condo Units.
Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 16, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at the Bob Hope Airport’s Home Sound Office, 4540 W. Chermak Ave, Burbank, California.
Due: Qualified Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids by 2:05 P.M , March 8, 2012 to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority for Project Number E11-25, Module 12.13.
Contact: Bidders may obtain construction documents from the Bob Hope Airport’s Web Site at bobhopeairport.com under Business Opportunities and are encouraged to do so prior to the mandatory pre-bid conference. All Bidders shall register with the Airport Engineering Department via web site or in person at the Home Sound Office. Bids submitted by firms who have not registered via web site or in person will be considered non-responsive.

The Bob Hope Airport hereby extends an invitation to the nine (9) Prequalified and Eligible General Contractors
and to all interested contractors, consultants, vendors & suppliers to attend a Pre-Bid/Job Walk on February 2, 2012 at 10:00AM for Project E10-35-(I)-A. This meeting is mandatory for the Prequalified and Eligible General Contractors; it is not mandatory for potential subcontractors, subconsultants, vendors, suppliers; however, attendance is strongly encouraged.
